- La dicitura “o similare” indica che, in base alla disponibilità, potremmo utilizzare strutture alberghiere alternative rispetto a quelle menzionate nel programma. Tali strutture, pur appartenendo alla stessa categoria, potrebbero trovarsi in località diverse rispetto alla posizione centrale indicata, pur rientrando ufficialmente nell’area della destinazione. In questi casi, l’organizzazione garantisce comunque la visita regolare dei luoghi previsti dal programma, anche qualora il pernottamento avvenga in zone periferiche.
- Gli operativi dei voli riportati sono puramente indicativi e, sebbene la maggior parte dei PNRs preveda i voli menzionati, il vettore ha il diritto di modificare o sostituire gli operativi in circostanze eccezionali, senza preavviso, sugli aeroporti dove opera più di un volo. - I trasferimenti di arrivo e partenza includono l’assistenza di una guida professionale parlante italiano solo in caso di trasferimento collettivo con oltre 10 passeggeri, altrimenti saranno gestiti dall’autista parlante turco.
- Durante il viaggio fra Pamukkale e Cappadocia, il pranzo sarà in punti di ristoro lungo la strada o presso dei distributori per ottimizzare i tempi del trasferimento.
- Le escursioni facoltative in mongolfiera e jeep safari non fanno parte del tour. Sono attività organizzate da terzi, che possono modificare itinerari e prezzi in base a meteo o traffico. La responsabilità organizzativa legale è esclusivamente dell’operatore dell’escursione, che gestisce itinerari, prezzi e prenotazioni in autonomia, senza alcuna responsabilità dell’organizzatore del tour.

Documenti: Carta d’identità valida per l’espatrio oppure passaporto con validità residua di almeno 5‑6 mesi dalla data di ingresso. Deve essere in buone condizioni.
Valuta e pagamenti: La moneta locale è la lira turca (TRY). Meglio avere contanti per mercati e piccoli negozi, ma le carte di credito sono accettate nei principali hotel e ristoranti.
Abbigliamento: Porta vestiti comodi per camminare e abbigliamento rispettoso per visitare moschee (spalle e ginocchia coperte). Scarpe comode per siti archeologici e terreni irregolari.
